4. PURCHASE RULES
4.1. The products offered on the WEBSITE and their purchase are governed by the rules set forth below. In cases not covered herein, applicable law will apply.
4.2. Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee your purchase. Between the time it is added and the order is completed, the product may be purchased by other users. Current technology does not allow us to guarantee product availability without completing the order.
4.3. All offers are subject to product availability.
4.4. PEONIE COLLECTION reserves the right to change product prices at any time, even if a product has been added to a User’s cart but the order is not yet finalized. Price changes do not require prior notice.
4.5. PEONIE COLLECTION reserves the right to refuse orders for products with incorrect pricing on the WEBSITE, particularly if prices are unusually low or significantly outside market standards.
4.6. Due to differences in devices (brightness, screen quality, contrast, etc.), product colors may appear differently. PEONIE COLLECTION is not responsible for such variations.
4.7. Credit card information provided by Users is processed exclusively by the credit card companies, not PEONIE COLLECTION.
4.8. PEONIE COLLECTION may limit the quantity of products a User can purchase to ensure orders reflect typical retail consumption.
4.9. Orders will only be confirmed once the necessary bank or payment processing approvals are completed.
4.10. PEONIE COLLECTION or credit card processors may set a minimum amount for installment payments and a maximum number of installments.
5. PAYMENT AND BILLING
5.1. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount based on your selected payment method.
5.2. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
6.1. We ship products only within the United States.
6.2. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
6.3. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.
6.4. Delivery times, counted in business days, may vary depending on delivery location, product availability, and payment method.
6.5. Users can estimate delivery times and shipping costs by adding products to the cart and entering their ZIP code. The system will automatically display the estimated shipping cost and delivery time.
6.6. If a product in the cart is part of a free shipping promotion, shipping for that product will be free, and charges will apply only to products not included in the promotion.
6.7. IMPORTANT: The delivery period begins 24 hours after the purchase order is accepted and payment is confirmed by the financial institution, when applicable.
6.8. Requests for expedited or prioritized delivery will not be accepted at any stage of the purchase.
6.9. When multiple items are purchased in one order, deliveries may occur separately on different dates depending on the carrier and product availability. Delivery estimates reflect the longest anticipated delivery time.
6.10. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in areas served by PEONIE COLLECTION.
6.11. Delivery times may be delayed due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to floods, strikes, protests, pickets, or natural disasters.
6.12. Deliveries may be made to anyone present at the delivery address, including doormen, janitors, employees, or other staff.
6.13. At the carrier’s sole discretion, identification may be required from the recipient.
6.14. Deliveries will follow the carrier’s procedures, leaving products with the recipient at the gate, lobby, curb, or similar location. Products will not be left inside the building.
6.15. If a product appears damaged upon delivery, it must be refused and PEONIE COLLECTION should be contacted immediately.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
7.1. Return Period: Most new, unused, and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
7.2. Items must include original tags and packaging and be free from signs of use, including but not limited to sweat, makeup, food, beverages, washing, or dirt.
7.3. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
· Underwear, sports bras, and swimwear (unless defective).
· Items marked as Final Sale during promotions.
· Gift cards offered on the WEBSITE.
7.4. To return an item, contact our Customer Service team at contact@peoniecollection.com to request a return authorization.
7.5. You will receive instructions for shipping the item back to PEONIE COLLECTION.
7.6. Pack items securely and deliver them via the specified carrier. Return shipping costs apply depending on the return method.
7.7. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
7.8. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to stock availability. If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
7.9. IMPORTANT: PEONIE COLLECTION does not cover return shipping for non-defective returns or exchanges. You are responsible for these costs, except in cases of defects or shipping errors.
7.10. Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 10 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
7.11. State Law Notice: Some states provide additional return rights. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable state law.
8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS
8.1. THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
8.2. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEONIE COLLECTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PURCHASED PRODUCTS.
9.2. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Users acknowledge that the WEBSITE, logos, trademarks, badges, photos, images, descriptions, texts, layouts, symbols, distinctive signs, manuals, and other related materials are the property of PEONIE COLLECTION or its licensors, protected under national and international intellectual property laws.
