Returns & Refunds

• Return Period: Most new, unused, and unwashed items can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must include original tags and packaging and be free from signs of use, including but not limited to sweat, makeup, food, beverages, washing, or dirt.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

    • Items marked as Final Sale during promotions.
    • Gift cards offered on the WEBSITE.

• To return an item, visit https://peoniecollection.troque.app.br and follow the instructions to submit your return request.

 

• You will receive instructions for shipping the item back to PEONIE COLLECTION.

• Pack items securely and deliver them via the specified carrier. Return shipping costs apply depending on the return method.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Exchanges: We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to stock availability. If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

• State Law Notice: Some states provide additional return rights. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable state law.
