1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  1. Return Period: Most new, unused, and unwashed items can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  2. Items must include original tags and packaging and be free from signs of use, including but not limited to sweat, makeup, food, beverages, washing, or dirt.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale during promotions.

  • Gift cards offered on the WEBSITE.

  2. You will receive instructions for shipping the item back to PEONIE COLLECTION.

  3. Pack items securely and deliver them via the specified carrier. Return shipping costs apply depending on the return method.

  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  5. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to stock availability. If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

  7. State Law Notice: Some states provide additional return rights. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable state law.
