Return and Refunds Policy


Return Period

Most new, unused, and unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.


Condition of Items

Items must include original tags and packaging and be free from signs of use, including but not limited to sweat, makeup, food, beverages, washing, or dirt.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, sports bras, and swimwear (unless defective).

  • Items marked as Final Sale during promotions.

  • Gift cards offered on the Website.


Return Process

To return an item, you must contact our Customer Service team at contact@peoniecollection.com to request a return authorization.
You will receive instructions for shipping the item back to PEONIE COLLECTION.
Pack items securely and deliver them via the specified carrier.


Return Shipping Costs

PEONIE COLLECTION does not cover return shipping for non-defective returns or exchanges. You are responsible for these costs, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to stock availability. If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.


State Law Notice

This policy does not limit any additional return rights you may have under applicable state law.
