RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return Period
Most new, unused, and unwashed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange. We do not offer refunds for non-defective items.
Condition of Return
Items must include original tags and packaging and be free from signs of use, including but not limited to sweat, makeup, food, beverages, washing, or dirt.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Underwear, sports bras, and swimwear (unless defective).
- Items marked as Final Sale during promotions.
- Gift cards offered on the WEBSITE.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange for a different size or color of the same item (subject to stock availability), please contact our Customer Service team at contact@peoniecollection.com. If the requested exchange is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Return Authorization
You will receive instructions for returning the item, including the return address and shipping method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error. Pack the items securely and send them via the specified carrier.
Damaged or Defective Items
If the product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued only for defective items and will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 30 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
IMPORTANT
If the return is not due to a defect or shipping error, return shipping costs are not covered by PEONIE COLLECTION, and the customer is responsible for these fees.
State Law Notice
Some states provide additional return rights. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable state law.
