We ship products only within the United States.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times are counted in business days and may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, and payment method.
The delivery period begins 24 hours after the purchase order is accepted and payment is confirmed by the financial institution, when applicable.
Delivery estimates for an order with multiple items reflect the longest anticipated delivery time.
Shipping Costs
Users can estimate delivery times and shipping costs by adding products to the cart and entering their ZIP code. The system will automatically display the estimated shipping cost and delivery time.
If a product in the cart is part of a free shipping promotion, shipping for that product will be free, and charges will apply only to products not included in the promotion.
Delivery Process
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in areas served by PEONIE COLLECTION.
Requests for expedited or prioritized delivery will not be accepted at any stage of the purchase.
When multiple items are purchased in one order, deliveries may occur separately on different dates depending on the carrier and product availability.
Deliveries may be made to anyone present at the delivery address, including doormen, janitors, employees, or other staff.
Deliveries will follow the carrier’s procedures, leaving products with the recipient at the gate, lobby, curb, or similar location. Products will not be left inside the building.
At the carrier’s sole discretion, identification may be required from the recipient.
Risk of Loss and Refusal
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.
If a product appears damaged upon delivery, it must be refused and PEONIE COLLECTION should be contacted immediately.
Delays
Delivery times may be delayed due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to floods, strikes, protests, pickets, or natural disasters.
